Guidelines for Abstract submission
- Registration to the conference is mandatory before abstract submission.
- The abstracts for oral or poster presentation should be sent to the mail id: kachconabstract25@gmail.com on or before 15th October 2025 and full papers on or before 5th November 2025
- Only original articles will be considered.
- The abstract should be typed in Times New Roman Font 12 with 1.5 line spacing.
- Title, Author(s) Name(s), Designation and Affiliation, Email id of the presenting author and the sub-theme should be mentioned below the title at the beginning of the abstract.
- The title of the abstract should be bold and in capital letters, centre aligned. Do not use abbreviations in the title. Restrict the words in title to 25.
- The First Letter of the author(s) name(s) must be a Capital letter: the presenting author’s name should be bold and underlined.
- Use the superscripts to indicate the designation and affiliated institutions.
- The structure of the abstract must include: Background, Aims/Objectives, Methods & Materials, Results & Conclusion.
- List the most relevant 3-5 Keywords. Type them in Italics, Times New Roman, Font size of 12.
- The abstract should not exceed 250 words excluding the Title, Name(s) of the author(s), Affiliations and Keywords. It must be Justified (Align text evenly between margins).

Best full paper in the faculty category will be selected

Guidelines for Oral presentation
- Oral presentations should have following sections.
- Title slide (1slide)
- Introduction including Need for the study (1 slide)
- Objectives (1slide).
- Material and methods (2 slide)
- Results (3 slides)
- Conclusion & recommendations (1 slide).
- Strength and limitation (1slide)
- References (1 slide)
- In the Title slide - Title of the study, Author names, Affiliations and the Registration number of the presenting author need to be mentioned. The presenting author’s name should be underlined.
- Recommended font is Times New Roman with font size - Headings: 28-32 & Body: 22-24.
- The total number of slides should not exceed nine, excluding the Title slide and Reference slide.
- Time allotted: Presentation – 6 Minutes, question & answer sessions -2 minutes
- You will be given a warning bell after 5 minutes of the presentation, and a long bell at the 6th minute. This time limit will be strictly adhered
- Soft copy of the presentation should be sent to kachconabstract2025@gmail.com .
- Please mention your KACHCON 2025 registration id as the file name while sending.
- Judge’s decision will be final
Guidelines for Poster presentation
- Hard copy of the Poster should be used for presentation with a dimension of 2.5 feet Width and 3 feet Height.
- Poster presentations should be designed according to the template shared.
- Hard copy of the poster should contain the following headings:
- Registration ID, Title of the study, Author names and affiliations, Introduction, Objectives, Materials and methods, Statistical analysis, Results, Conclusion and Recommendations, References
- Size of the poster MUST be strictly adhered to the guidelines provided.
- Time allotted: Presentation – 5 Minutes, question & answer session -2 minutes
- Judge’s decision will be final
